These terms explain order processing, delivery estimates, tracking, customs, and delivery responsibility.1. Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and product availability review. Processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, carrier transit time, or customs clearance time.
2. Fitment Confirmation
Because many products are vehicle-specific, we may contact you before shipment to confirm vehicle year, model, trim, dashboard layout, factory screen size, wiring configuration, or other fitment information.
3. Shipping Origin
Most products are shipped from Mainland China. Some orders may be shipped from available local inventory or partner fulfillment locations when available.
4. Shipping Methods
Standard shipping is usually handled by international logistics providers and local delivery carriers. Express shipping may be available for selected destinations with an additional shipping fee.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping to the United States is usually estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. Other available regions may take 8–25 business days. Express shipping, when available, is usually estimated at 3–5 business days.
6. Tracking Information
After your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after the carrier receives the package.
7. Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
8. Delivery Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery failure, delay, return, or extra cost caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information.
9. Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to product availability, fitment confirmation, customs clearance, carrier delay, weather, holidays, remote delivery areas, or events outside our control.
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us with your order number, tracking number, delivery status, photos if available, and a clear description of the issue.
